Crackdown 3 Unleashes Explosive Launch Trailer (VIDEO)

It’s been a long road for the release for Crackdown 3, but following what seems like an infinite amount of delays it seems that the game’s release will finally come to pass. Even with the extended wait, the threequel’s arrival has nonetheless been a cause for anticipation, with promises of big-time destruction and ample amounts of Terry Crews being particularly appealing selling points among fans.

With Crackdown 3 approaching it’s launch date later this month, Microsoft has let loose an all-new trailer for the forthcoming title, showcasing the fantastic and explosive mayhem that will soon be at players’ fingertips. The video, seen below, features loads of ridiculous action-heavy scenarios such as vehicles leaping across skyscrapers, futuristic guns leveling city blocks, and Crews’ Commander Jaxon casually picking fights with super-huge mechs. While endlessly anticipating Crackdown 3 may have been a bit frustrating for fans, the wait may turnout to be worth it in the end. Developer Sumo Digital has previously assured players of the infamous delays, attributing them to the team’s goal to release the best possible version of the game at launch. Terry Crews himself recently professed the extent of “extra” work went into the new Crackdown game in the latest episode of Inside Xbox.

Crackdown 3 will release for PC, and Xbox one on February 15th.
