CD Projekt RED Merch Store Opening Soon For Witcher, Cyberpunk 2077 Fans

After a few hit games, CD Projekt RED have cemented themselves as one of the big fan-favorite developers in the gaming industry. Their Witcher games have become truly beloved by many, and their upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 is looking to continue the dev’s cult following trend with a new franchise. As gamers are very well aware, gaming has a huge merchandising presence, both in physical retail stores and online ones as well. While popular franchises, CD Projekt RED’s games don’t have quite as much presence in merchandise stores compared to the likes of Nintendo or Blizzard games. Luckily, a new CD Projekt RED merch store has been announced that will hopefully make it easier for gamers to find sweet Witcher and Cyberpunk gear.

The new CD Projekt RED merch store was recently announced in a series of tweets from the developer’s official Twitter account. CD Projekt RED wanted to wait until April’s Fools Day had passed before making the announcement so that people wouldn’t consider the news to be a joke. After referring to the new store as the CD Projekt RED store, the developer confirmed with a follow up tweet that it would indeed be a merchandise store, and not a store only for their video games.

CD Projekt RED is no stranger to online stores, as they own the highly popular GOG.com digital video game store, so having a merch store of their own is good news for fans of The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077 looking to get their hands on merchandise related to those games. While no specific release date for the store is given, CD Projekt RED does promise that the store will be ready in a few weeks for customers. Hopefully, the goods sold there will be of the highest quality fit for Gwent’s high roller.
