Bungie’s Destiny 2 Could Include a Cayde-6 Figure With the Game

Well, it’s been a long time coming, but the official announcement that Bungie would be releasing Destiny 2 to their loving fans has arrived. You already knew that, though. After weeks of speculation on the game’s reveal date (since everyone already knew the sequel was coming), Bungie has finally taken to the public to reveal that they are launching Destiny 2. No big surprise, there. What is a big surprise, however, is the fact that we may already know what could be coming with the game, and that little something includes a rather adorable looking figurine of Cayde-6, a Hunter Vanguard that everyone is already falling in love with.

The photo, seen below, was originally posted by Twitter user Grithorne before being picked up by Reddit. The image shows the Cayde-6 figure standing in front of a row of pre-owned GameStop controllers. This could suggest that the figurine is either a pre-order bonus for the game, or will be included in a limited edition bundle of the game (the jury is still out among fans at this time). As of right now, there’s no confirmation from Bungie either way, so the speculations will have to continue as we wait for more news from the game’s developer. For now, you can take a look at the lovable looking collectible below:

Alongside the official announcement of Destiny 2 and the above leaked photo, another little gem has been revealed to eager fans everywhere. As fans wait for an official trailer for the game to drop, Bungie was kind enough to release a teaser trailer which also happens to feature Cayde-6. Upon watching the trailer, it should excite fans to realize that none other than Nathan Fillion is voicing the new character. Nathan Fillion? In a Destiny Sequel? Now we really can’t wait to play this game for ourselves!

So what do you think of the above post, gamers? Do you believe the Cayde-6 figurine is a part of a pre-order bonus for gamers, or do you think it will be part of a limited edition bundle? Maybe this is all a red herring and something else will be included with the release of the game.
