Anthem Full PC Requirements Revealed

In just a month and a half, BioWare fans will be able to jump head-first into the latest project to be released by the beloved developer. Anthem has wowed many with its promise of a vast open world experience and a robust combat system. Before the game’s launch, however, there will be demos for players to try out to get a taste of the game.

While the Anthem demo may not be a final build for the game, it will give PC owners an idea of how their machine might run the full version of the adventure. Luckily, BioWare has released the Anthem full system requirements to give players a more specific idea of what their setup will need.

Anthem Devs Say Story Length Is "A Really Hard Thing To Compare"

The Anthem full system requirements were recently published on the official EA website. Essentially, those who were able to have the alpha test function on their PC can expect Anthem to run. As the details read:

  • Minimum System Requirements
    • OS: 64-bit Windows 10
    • CPU: Intel Core i5 3570 or AMD FX-6350
    • RAM: 8 GB System Memory
    • GPU: NVIDIA GTX 760, AMD Radeon 7970 / R9280X
    • GPU RAM: 2 GB Video Memory
    • HARD DRIVE: At least 50 GB of free space
    • DIRECTX: DirectX 11
  • Recommended System Requirements
    • OS: 64-bit Windows 10
    • CPU: Intel Core i7-4790 3.6GHz or AMD Ryzen 3 1300X 3.5 GHz
    • RAM: 16 GB System Memory
    • GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1060/ RTX 2060, AMD RX 480
    • GPU RAM: 4 GB Video Memory
    • HARD DRIVE: At least 50 GB of free space
    • DIRECTX: DirectX 11

For those unsure if their PC meets these requirements, there will be a demo for those who pre-ordered the game on January 25th to January 27th and one for everyone starting on February 1st, which will last until February 3rd. These will be a great time for Anthem fans to test their PC’s might like the characters in the game trying out a Javelin for the first time.
