Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 1 Update Delayed

Call of Duty

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War recently released, giving players a chance to jump back into some shoot ’em up action, with a new Zombies mode, additions to Call of Duty: Warzone, and much more. The title was set to receive a brand new update for the game’s first season on December 10th, bringing an unprecedented amount of content for a Black Ops title, enhancing players’ experience across the board including in Warzone itself. Unfortunately, the update has been delayed, though the bright side is that fans won’t have to wait too much longer.

The developers revealed in a recent blog post that due to the extensive content set to arrive in the upcoming update, Season 1 will now arrive on December 16th, with the team needing a little bit more time before the release. It’s a bit of a disappointment for a delay to happen, but the update expected to bring a ton of new content to the title such as new maps, additions to the 6v6 modes, playlists, and more. Gunfight is set to return with 4 new maps on top of the return of the Raid map from Call of Duty Black Ops II as well as free weapons, challenges, new zombie modes, and much more. The update is also set to bring new Black Ops Cold War content to Call of Duty: Warzone such as a new map and a ton of new weapons, as well as a new Gulag experience for the battle royale mode.
