Netflix E3 2019 Panel Confirmed To Announce New Game Adaptations
The entertainment landscape has been greatly impacted by Netflix throughout the past decade. The massively popular streaming service has captured a big portion of viewing audiences with its extensive library of TV shows and movies, with many exclusive original programs of its own to keep subscribers occupied.
To further its reach and audience appeal, Netflix has made ventures into video gaming with games based on its original series, and interactive programs like Black Mirror: Bandersnatch. Now, Netflix has its sights set on the biggest annual event in gaming with a newly announced E3 2019 panel.

The new E3 2019 panel was recently announced on the streaming service’s official NX Twitter account. They are calling the panel “Bringing Your Favorite Shows to Life: Developing Netflix Originals into Video Games,” and it will be a part of the planned E3 Coliseum live-streamed events.

Netflix has confirmed that the panel will provide a greater look at the previously announced isometric Stranger Things title that will be coming to the Nintendo Switch and other platforms, and has hinted that they will announce other video game adaptations of their original series. Some are theorizing that this could be another interactive Black Mirror episode like Bandersnatch that was released last year, or even a game based on an original series that has yet to have a video game adaptation. No matter the case, this will be an exciting new venture for the company and audiences alike.
