New The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Patch Update 1.1.1 Reportedly Improves Gaming Frame Rate
The latest update for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has just released and gamers are already reporting in some major improvements to their game play experience. Update 1.1.1 is a simple update, really. Upon checking out the patch notes for the release, gamers will find that Nintendo has only a single line of text regarding the change: “Adjustments have been made to make for a more pleasant gaming experience.” While this doesn’t seem like much to go off of, it seems that the update has had some big impacts on fans’ experiences already.
According to posts on NeoGAF, the seemingly simple update has massively improved game play experience by improving the frame rate for a smoother finish on this wildly popular title. Reportedly, many gamers are noticing that previously tricky areas with a lot of graphical issues are also running much smoother, with one stating that the game has even seen improvement while undocked. The update also went live for Wii U copies of the game, as well. Update 1.1.1 marks the second update added to the game since it’s launch, with the first launching on March 3rd, along with the game’s release. The first patch was included to make the Nintendo eShop accessible from the title page so you can download the expansion pass for the game.
