Ylands Trailer Features Cowboys, Goat Catapults, and Car Races! (VIDEO)

Ylands

During the PC Gaming Show at E3 2017, a highly creative PC title was revealed through a brand new trailer from Bohemia Interactive. In this particular game, it appears that the player has an open world arena in which to build, create, and charter their own story without the restraints of a campaign. With this wild array of creative possibilities, Ylands holds the potential to be a terrific title where you are the game designer. Oh, and did we mention that it also has goat catapults? Check out the trailer below to see Ylands in action:

With block rendered characters and settings, the game somewhat holds a Minecraft feel to it, especially with the ability to build and customize the game around the player’s character. Ylands also holds a lot of quirky little Easter eggs for the player, including car races through snowy towns, cowboys and indians, medieval knights and armor, and yes, the goat catapult (though we’re not entirely sure why one would need a goat catapult just yet).

This PC-only title certainly looks like a lot of fun, and with the neverending world around the gamer, the opportunities are endless. We definitely love a good game where no two gameplay experiences are the same, so check back with us as we wait for more details on when exactly this title will be launching for PC.
