Testers Now Have Access to Xbox One’s “Creators Collection” – Here’s What You Need to Know

The Xbox team has been adding more features to their repertoire as of late and among those additions is something extra for their Game Store. The Xbox Live Creators Collection is launching into testing period and will be open to a select few through a pilot program. The Creators program was announced earlier on in the year and allows for developers to publish their digital games to the market “rapidly”. This new program is extremely accessible for both seasoned developers and those looking to get into the market. For alpha ring Xbox Insiders, the feature for the Creators Collection should be up and ready to view.

Since it is in testing phase and is a new implementation for Xbox, there are only 6 titles presently. For those Xbox Insiders, feedback is strongly encouraged due to the fact that the entire purpose for this being up for a select few is for testing. With proper feedback, the team behind this new feature can tweak and make any changes to make this a better experience for all that use it.

Microsoft hasn’t shed any light as to when the Creators Collection is supposed to launch for all gamers, nor do we have any specific title information other than the 6 shown above. DFTG is on the move this year at E3, SDCC, PAX, and more to bring you the latest news in gaming and entertainment, so stick with us here and on our Twitter feed for more info on this Xbox One feature.
