Xbox Games Showcase Set For Later This Month

Halo Infinite Xbox Games Showcase

Since E3 was cancelled this year due to the ongoing pandemic, video game companies have been doing what they can to present something in a digital format for all to enjoy. We’ve seen a handful of goodies revealed over the past month and a half, but it looks like we’ll be getting some delightful gaming goodness from the Xbox side of things very soon.

Microsoft recently took to Twitter to reveal that the Xbox Games Showcase is officially scheduled for later this month. Not many details outside of the date and time were disclosed, but we do know there will be a pre-show with Geoff Keighley as part of the Summer Game Fest that begins an hour beforehand.

Following the Xbox Series X gameplay reveal earlier this year, fans were quick to express their disappointment. After all, not a ton of gameplay was shown. That said, now that we’ve seen what the likes of PlayStation has to offer, there is a good chance that we’ll be getting a stronger showcase this time around. Not to mention, it will likely be Master Chief’s time to shine and we will probably get a very good look at Halo Infinite gameplay. In any case, we’ll have to wait until later this month to know exactly what will be presented during the showcase.

The Xbox Games Showcase will be taking place on July 23rd at 9am PT. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as we learn more about the upcoming presentation, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
