Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Artbook Announced by Dark Horse Comics
Bethesda Softworks and Dark Horse Comics have announced their collaboration with Machine Games to bring about fans everywhere the Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus artbook. The book, which hosts over 184 pages within a hardcover shell, is considered a “comprehensive behind-the-scenes companion” piece to the upcoming game. If fans are looking to start a Wolfenstein collection, The Art of Wolfenstein: The New Order is also available.
The New Colossus artbook will feature loads of concept designs, exclusive commentary from the developers and creators of the latest installment, and production material. There will likely be landscapes, character designs, and more to see within. Then think about all of that with the theme of an alternative universe of a Nazi-occupied 1960’s America. Well, hopefully ti remains an alternative universe.
The artbook will retail for $39.99 at Amazon or at a local comic book store. Pre-orders are available now before the release date of November 7th, 2017, which is after the game’s October 27th, 2017 debut (PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One). Of course, the developers don’t want to risk any spoilers for those who purchase the book and still want the joy of playable discoveries. Plus, freeing Americans from the Nazi invasion is pretty important. As BJ Blazkowicz, it’s your job to stomp on the faces of the regime and liberate the people! America! Of course, that’s with the help of some pretty cool new characters too.
