Tomb Raider Collaboration Event Coming Soon To Final Fantasy Brave Exvius (VIDEO)
Free-to-play mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is no stranger to collaborations, with famous pop star Ariana Grande having made several different appearances in-game with her own exclusive limited-time units. Now, it appears that Lara Croft will also be journeying to the world of Lapis in a brand new Tomb Raider collaboration event! Check out the trailer below to see Lara Croft’s in-game sprite in action:
Seen in the trailer above, the Tomb Raider collaboration event – and subsequently, Lara’s sprite – is based off of Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, rather than the two titles that make up the rebooted series that first debuted in 2013. The event begins in FFBE on March 9th and will run through March 22nd, and it will feature a raid in which Lara and the heroes of Brave Exvius square off against the Apep boss.
Players can obtain Lara Croft’s in-game unit by completing the first stage of the event, or by collecting daily login bonuses with which to summon the unit. In addition to Lara Croft, the event also brings with it three reskins of existing FFBE characters: Explorer Aileen, Divine Soleil, and Pharaoh Abe. The event rewards from completing the raid will also help dedicated players acquire Lara Croft’s TMR (Trust Mastery Reward), which typically takes a very long time to acquire for other units.
The Tomb Raider collab isn’t the only new news for FFBE. After the game’s routine maintenance this Thursday March 8th, players will be able to acquire a 5* Lightning unit for free by completing Lanzelt Ruins – Interior. New players will also be able to obtain a free 5* Ashe (FFXII) unit after completing the initial tutorial for the game. Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is now available for free on Android and iOS devices.
