TMNT Gameplay Dropping During This Week’s Injustice 2 Watchtower Stream
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are on their way to Injustice 2 and what we’ve seen so far teases one shell of a time. A recent bit of in-game footage has shown off the turtles’ impressive skills and a lengthy audio leak seemingly revealed the foursome’s trash talking prowess. With all this hype, fans have been wondering when they’ll get the first proper look at TMNT gameplay. Developer NetherRealm Studios has now revealed the cowabunga crew will arrive later on this week.
Revealed on the game’s Twitter account, the Ninja Turtles will indeed be in action in Injustice 2 during this next week’s Watchtower livestream. The live reveal is set to begin this Wednesday, February 7 at 3 PM CST / 1 PM PST over on NetherRealm’s official Twitch channel. The announcement was highlighted by an all-new image of the tech-savvy turtle Donatello gorging on some delicious pizza.

With another Watchtower livestream on the schedule, it’s expected that the Turtle-tactular DLC won’t be far behind. In the past, character release dates have been announced as early as the streams themselves. When that day hits, the Turtles will join the likes of Atom and Enchantress as the final members of Fighter Pack 3. Injustice 2 is out now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are expected to arrive sometime in February.
