The Last of Us Part II may be one of the most highly anticipated sequels that is set to arrive in the next year or so, and while fans have no idea as to when to expect the title, that has not stopped anyone from taking a guess. In addition to this, there have been a plethora of rumors regarding the game’s launch date, and the latest one indicates that we’ll be learning this information very soon.

Two different sites place the reveal of a new trailer for The Last of Us Part II arriving this week alongside the unveiling of the release date. Both Gamereator.es and Legion De Jugadores are claiming that fans will be getting these details at some point this week. According to them, the trailer is arriving this week, with one of them saying the game is arriving this fall, and the other disclosing that it’s coming at the end of the year.

It is absolutely worth noting that these are both rumors, so the salt should be kept nearby at all times. We already know that another big PlayStation 4 exclusive is revealing some details this week, so there could be a possibility that Sony has a State of Play lined up to get ahead of the E3 rush. We can only hope that both reveal release dates this week, and that each is far enough part to enjoy both games at a decent pace.
