New South Park Walkthrough for ‘The Fractured But Whole’ Released – Fart Your Way to the Top! (VIDEO)

We’re inching closer and closer to the full release of Ubisoft’s South Park sequel The Fractured But Whole. With a few delays, these flagellant heroes are finally making their way into players’ homes everywhere and to celebrate the impending release, Ubisoft revealed a new video to give fans a taste of what’s to come. In the newest video below, which is the second part thus far, new loot and new adventures are to be had by this gang of misfits. Check out the South Park walkthrough right here:

If the footage above seems familiar, it’s because much of it was showcased at this year’s E3, but with the added commentary from team members such as the game’s director Jason Schroeder and Kimberly Weigend, the associate producer – the latest video gives a more in-depth look at how the game itself works, including the loot system and narrative direction.

The quest above begins with a harrowing tale of the search for Peppermint Hippo … a dancer. The conquest? A coveted spot at the DJ booth. It’s intense stuff, guys, really. A little smoozing here and there, some gin and tonics – the adventure is a mighty one indeed. Of course, it wouldn’t be south park without some good ‘ol fashioned farts – and, well … the gin and tonic was there.

The gameplay seen so far remains true to the in-your-face franchise that South Park fans know and love. The first title, The Stick of Truth, was a huge hit with fans from the show and the sequel looks to be set up for a similar reception. Knowing that both Matt Stone and Trey Parker are heavily invested and included during the game’s progression is a fantastic sign give that they are the creators of the show itself.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole launches on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on October 17th. Will you be gearing up to see Butters and the gang again?
