Sifu Enters The Matrix With Neo And Agent Smith Mod (VIDEO)

Agent Smith Mod

As the gaming community has found ways to evolve connection between people online, modding has been one of the biggest aspects to grow from the digital environment. Modders have done as much to help improve the quality of life for games, as well as infuse them with pop culture mashups previously unseen. This was most recently seen with the game Sifu, which sought to mimic the rapid martial arts action of major cinematic films. Modders already celebrated this with a John Wick mod for the game, and now a new Neo and Agent Smith mod has been revealed as well.

Modder HalfMillz has released their new Neo and Agent Smith mod on NexusMods for the public to use. These mods replace the player character’s digital model with that of Thomas Anderson/Neo, as he was portrayed by Keanu Reeves in The Matrix Reloaded. Also available is the ability to replace every enemy NPC character in the game with that of Agent Smith, as he was able to replicate himself in The Matrix Reloaded. HalfMillz also admitted that these digital models were pulled from The Matrix: Path of Neo video game, which adds to the authenticity of the mod.

Various YouTube users have utilized the Neo and Agent Smith mod to playthrough the levels of Sifu, in an attempt to replicate the feel of the action sequences from The Matrix films. Some users have even added the music and dialogue from The Matrix films in their videos to add to the vibe of their playthroughs. With the recent Matrix Revolutions film not having a tie-in video game (aside from a short Unreal Engine experience), this is a great way for Matrix fans to feel like Neo in an experience using modern gaming technology. Now if only we could have real-life mods that download Kung Fu into our brains.
