Shenmue III For PS4 And PC New Screenshots Revealed

Fans awaiting the Shenmue III title coming to PlayStation 4 and PC platforms have a little something to look forward to. During the Magic Monaco Conference, the game’s creator Yu Suzuki showed off several new images from the upcoming game coming later this year!

The four shots seen above certainly show a dramatic leap in graphic progression since the franchise’s humble Dreamcast beginnings. The open-world RPG series has always had a phenomenally loyal fan base and now those same fans can experience the third title utilizing the incredible Unreal 4 Engine. For the first time in a very long time, players can once again rejoin Ryo and other familiar characters on a brand new adventure!

According to the game’s official description, the third adventure “follows Ryo Hazuki in his quest to find his father’s killer. He meets Ling Shenhua, a mysterious girl who previously appeared in his dreams. After learning the legend of her village which has foretold a united path between them, they embark on a new journey which will reveal their shared destinies.”

Though we still don’t have a release date yet, and the game has experienced a few delays already, we are still expected to see the stunning rendition sometime in the latter half of 2018. No words yet is a Nintendo Switch or Xbox One version would be considered for the future, though a Switch port would be more likely over the Microsoft platform. For now fans must keep patient and bide our time feasting our eyes on the amazing new screens given to us until the next big announcement.
