Sekiro GTA San Andreas Mod Turns CJ And Big Smoke Into Samurai (VIDEO)
Internet meme culture is surely a sight to behold, and its connection to gaming is fairly self-evident at this point. One place that meme culture has extended to recently has been Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, where modders have turned their favorite memes into Samurai warriors. New mods have seen everything from Shrek, Thomas the Tank Engine and Sheriff Woody get placed into the game. With Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas becoming a bigger meme fixation lately, it was only a matter of time before CJ was brought into the mix. This is now the case with a new Sekiro GTA San Andreas mod.

The Sekiro GTA San Andreas mod can be seen in action in the video above from horheristo on YouTube. The mod, which was released by user DropOff on NexusMods, replaces the Sekiro player character model with San Andreas protagonist CJ, and the enemy boss Genichiro Ashina model with Big Smoke. The video then shows the pair entering an epic feudal Japan katana duel with each other, with actual audio clips from San Andreas used as their Samurai-style banter.
It is quite hilarious to see these OG’s opting to swap proper katana forms with each other, as opposed to popping caps in the street or settling it over a game of dice. Hopefully modders find a way to bring CJ and Big Smoke to other games, so we can all exclaim “Ah shit, here we go again.”
