New Sailor Moon Cafe Will Have You Swooning for Sweets and Kawaii Justice (GALLERY)

In the name of the moon, this Sailor Moon cafe will punish you…with cuteness and sweet, delicious justice. From the classic manga turned popular anime series from Japan, the franchise’s name has culminated to this very moment — opening a themed cafe in its name and likeness. As a temporary, pop-up concept restaurant opening back up in Japan that features a new menu of main dishes, desserts, and an assortment of drinks. There are even novelty items visitors can buy and take home! Check out the gallery below for a full extent of what the Sailor Moon Cafe has to offer:

People love their dessert and that seems to be the main attraction here. With a menu that highlights a wide array of desserts and sweet drinks, the savory dishes take a seat on the back burner with the Usagi Croissant Sandwich, the Luna and Artemis Burger, and Tuxedo Mask’s spicy Jet Black Curry, which is tastefully decorated with red rose petals. Sensual and just a hint of danger.

There’s also a decadent cheesecake inspired by Sailor Mercury, a creme puff dessert for Sailor Jupiter, and a “Burning Mandala Anmitsu” for Mars. Of course, who can forget Venus? She gets to be personified as a waffle dish with tropical fruits. If that’s not enough for the sweet tooth craving for justice within, there are fruit smoothies, a disappearing cotton candy soda, as well as the “forbidden” Haruka and Michiru smoothie. In fact, that latter drink even comes with an acrylic charm. How charming.
