Resident Evil 2 Remake Mod Introduces GTA: San Andreas’ Big Smoke (VIDEO)
The mods for Resident Evil 2 remake are endless! From the copious selections of outfits for both Leon and Claire, texture modifications, or replacing Mr. X with different options such as Friday the 13th’s Jason, Nemesis, and even Thomas the Tank Engine. It won’t stop there either. Thanks to the collaboration between Beast Gaming and Marcos RC, Resident Evil to gets to meet GTA: San Andreas’ Big Smoke. Check it out below:
In addition to the appearance of Big Smoke, this mod includes the main protagonist of GTA: San Andreas, C.J., as well. Their interactions have audio cues based on attacks, grabs, counter-grabs, breaking through doors, and when one of the two meets the sweet release of death. “You picked the wrong house, fool!” and other dialogue swaps add a certain lightheartedness to the dark and dreary mood of Resident Evil 2 remake.
Then again, it totally depends on your knowledge of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. In some cases, it might make for a more depressing encounter between C.J. and Big Smoke. To download this mod, head on over to Beast Gaming’s Discord channel for all the details.
