Frank Castle is Looking to Collect in New Punisher Teaser Trailer (VIDEO)

Punisher teaser trailer

It seems as if it has been an eternity since we saw Jon Bernthal’s take on Frank Castle in season 2 of Netflix’s Daredevil. Thankfully, the streaming giant was quick to act in giving the violent vigilante his own series. Then again, when faced against him, wouldn’t anyone give him what he wants? In any case, the wait for its freshman season becomes shorter with each passing day, but holding out for a Punisher teaser trailer ends today.

Recently surfacing on YouTube, the Punisher teaser trailer doesn’t give fans the greatest look at story and characters, but it certainly provides the tone that will likely be felt throughout the series. Quick flashbacks are provided from Frank’s past as he expertly strikes the ground with a sledgehammer. Castle’s family and time in the military are both present in the glances into his past, all while he claims that he is coming to collect. Needless to say, the character is out for blood. Check out the trailer for yourself:

As is revealed at the end of the Punisher teaser trailer, Frank has some skills with that sledgehammer in the same way Ansel Adams did with a camera years ago. Just look at the way he created that iconic skull! Jon Bernthal recently mentioned that his character isn’t looking for the audience’s approval, but by the way this show is shaping up, he may have already won over quite a few people. The Punisher is set to debut on Netflix later this year. Stay tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other fantastic news, check out the following:
