Netflix’s ‘The Witcher’ Star Henry Cavill Shows Off Impressive New Workout Photo
All eyes have been on Netflix’s ‘The Witcher’ series ever since it was announced last year, even more so once it was revealed that Superman star Henry Cavill would be taking up the mantle of Geralt of Rivia. Since the announcement, Cavill has been an absolute media darling, sharing the occasional progress photo of his development as he works his way into the role of The Witcher. Now, his latest photo shows off his physique once more, this time in a rather fitting comparison shot.

Henry Cavill shared a recent photo on his Instagram that appears to be post-workout. Shown above, the actor is seen posing next to, of course, Superman, though the Cavill on the left appears to be just a bit more muscular than the Cavill on the right. “I don’t always workout,” Cavill began, “but when I do, I workout with Superman.” Well played, well played.
In related Witcher news, it was recently revealed that Netflix had cast two new actors for roles in the upcoming series. Blair Kincaid will be taking on the role of Crach an Craite, while Ossian Perret has also been cast, though in an undisclosed role. The majority of the cast has seemingly already been filled out, so chances are we’ll learn who Perret will be playing in the near future.
The Witcher Netflix series will hopefully drop on the streaming service at some point in 2019.
