As the spooky season settles and the aroma of pumpkin spice endlessly fills the our nostrils, only two questions arise: how many fried onion crisps to buy for Thanksgiving and the the incoming/outgoing selections for Netflix November 2018. Since the obvious answer to the former is “infinity,” we’re here to provide a comprehensive answer to the latter, a few of the biggest additions include the final season of House of Cards, the all-new She-Ra animation, and the return of Marvel’s Doctor Strange.

The first-of-the-month movie avalanche brings in the usual bevy of favorites from the past, with Netflix November hauling ones such as the original Cloverfield, the goofy Scary Movie 2 and 3, and the classic 80s film Sixteen Candles. Of course, this packed month also debuts over 50 Netflix Originals such as Kurt Russell’s turn as Santa Claus in The Christmas Chronicles, a new batch of spooferey from Mystery Science Theater 3000, and the retold stories of honored veterans in the Medal of Honor series.

While we’re busy giving thanks for the lovely spread of additions, Netflix November will first need to make room by bumping a few titles off the service. Thankfully, not many are leaving the streaming plate, but the few that take their leave are nonetheless unfortunate. Hellboy II: The Golden Army is headed back to the underworld, the Jurassic Park trilogy is going extinct, and the first five seasons of Undercover Boss are effectively getting fired.

The past month saw several pieces of new regarding the streaming service, most notably the reveal of the Witcher series’ entire main cast. We’ve also experienced the premiere of Castlevania Season 2, the addition of One Punch Man, and Daredevil’s third season. Netflix’s Thanos-like desire for balance also unfortunately saw the end of Iron Fist and Luke Cage, but seemingly not forever.
