New Breath Of The Wild 2 Gameplay And Story Details Leaked
New details on The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 were leaked on Reddit recently, revealing gameplay and story details that may or may not have some merit to them. After all, it’s not an official report so take this with a few grams of salt. It may not be a revelation to some, but BobisTheWise has a source that’s been reliable thus far.
Having reported details on Xenoblade 2 with accuracy, BobisTheWise’s source supposedly solidifies some fan theories about Breath of the Wild 2. As some fans may have predicted, the sequel takes place after the ending of the previous game with Zelda and Link at the forefront of the story. After the defeat of Ganon, the two work together to rebuild Hyrule in hopes of reclaiming its prominence. There is, however, a new threat to be wary of.
“The real interesting part is that we will be getting playable flashback sequences of Link before he went to sleep for 100 years,” claims the Redditor. “These flashbacks are even before the memories we saw in the original BOTW. My source told me that he has seen and played these, and that they were ‘very Godfather Part II esque.’ That’s all he told me, and if I hear more I’ll report back here to state it.”
Without a track record of the source BobisTheWise is reportedly reporting from, there’s no saying how accurate this information is. Plus, given the trailers that have come before, this isn’t a revelation by any stretch. With that said, leaks can foreshadow the coming of official news (key word “can”). Within a few months time, perhaps the community is in for a Breath of the Wild 2 surprise? We can only hope!
