Fans were delighted when Big N recently revealed that a remake of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening would be coming to the Nintendo Switch at some point this year. While not many specifics were revealed, the description that is posted to Nintendo’s website might offer a bit more insight as to what’s ahead.
Listed on the Nintendo site, The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening comes with one particular detail that might excite fans. Now, it’s worth noting that this is nothing but speculation at this point, but it lists the number of players as “To be determined.” Here’s a screenshot:
According to the description: “In this modern re-imagining, players travel to the mysterious island of Koholint to guide Link on a perilous adventure. The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening arrives exclusively on Nintendo Switch in 2019.” As can be seen in the image above, it goes on to say that the game is in the action, adventure, and RPG categories, the release date, platform, etc. Of course, the most important part is the number of players.
