Jump Force Adds Kaiba From Yu-Gi-Oh! As Next DLC (VIDEO)

Jump Force may already sport a roster that most manga fans (not everyone) could feel comfortable with, more are still on the way as revealed in the game’s recently detailed roadmap. The first of these new fighters has now been revealed, with Yu-Gi-Oh! character Seto Kaiba now gearing up for his time to duel.

Joining the ranks of fellow duelist Yugi Moto, Kaiba is now getting his own chance to prove his mastery of the deck. A new trailer shows off his considerable card-based moveset, delivering several offensive maneuvers and bringing with him his signature duo of Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Obelisk the Tormentor. Check out the character’s first bit of gameplay below.

The addition of Kaiba is only the first upcoming addition to the fast-paced fighting of Jump Force, as a pretty good amount of content is also on the way as well.  Not only can fans expect a variety of new events and months of post-launch updates, three additional fighters have also been confirmed for May; Kaiba the only one currently revealed. Of course, those with considerable creative prowess have already begun producing their own modded content, adding the likes of Master Chief from the Halo series in recent weeks.

Jump Force is out now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Seto Kaiba is scheduled to go live sometime in May.

What do you think? Does the addition of Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh! activate your hype card, or are you wondering about how a summonable Blue-Eyes White Dragon might affect balance?
