Injustice 2 Debuting First Enchantress Gameplay This Week
Injustice 2 has been blazing the gaming scene ever since last year, and not just because of Firestorm’s new moves. The last eight months have provided endless fighting fun to those with an appreciation for DC comics lore and punching. With the recent addition of Atom to the superhero fight club, the game is currently inching its way to the release of the body-switch witch herself, Enchantress. NetherRealm Studios has now divulged the date when we’ll see the first Enchantress gameplay.
Confirmed via Twitter, the studio has invited Injustice 2’s legion of fans to watch as Enchantress devours souls on NetherRealm’s Twitch channel this Friday, January 5 at 3pm CST (1:00 PST). Though we now know when her first full appearance will take place, it’s still up in the air when the green sorceress will become one with the roster. It’s expected we’ll find out during this week’s livestream, but sometime next week seems like a good time as any to get enchanted with Enchantress.

Enchantress will be the latest addition in Injustice 2‘s current Fighter Pack 3 DLC. This past November revealed none other than the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as the pack’s collective final entrant, releasing sometime in the coming months. More characters have been confirmed for the future as well, with a few dropped hints even leading to some intense and hilarious speculation. Injustice 2 is out now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
