Those who frequent The Diamond of East Lost Santos may have noticed the construction happening going on. After some relative silence, Rockstar and company finally announced that a brand new, underground nightclub is coming to GTA Online. Dubbed The Music Locker, the opening week will feature Detroit DJ Moodymann to bring techno, disco, and motor city soul to the scene.

The Music Locker will be a public nightclub, but players who own a Penthouse in The Diamond will get access to the VIP section. Following Moodymann’s spotlight, the club will feature Keinemusik, a collective from Berlin, and Palms Trax from the UK later in the season. It’s about to go down. Check it out:

According to Rockstar, “The Music Locker is underground in every possible way. It’s located directly underneath The Diamond Casino & Resort, for starters. It’s also preparing to be home to a new wave of world class DJs. If you’re ready to grab some drinks, grab a partner and dance the night away, The Music Locker is the place to go, with stunning visuals and an impeccable sound system ready to deliver basslines directly to your midsection.”

GTA Online hasn’t specified a release date for The Music Locker yet, but it’s “opening soon.” So stay tuned to see what the developers at Rockstar have in store for players who want in on the nightclub scene.

If you didn’t already know, GTA Online is getting an enormous soon. Coming December 15th, The Cayo Perico Heist is the “biggest GTA Online adventure ever” and introduces a new location, vehicles, weapons, new social spaces, and more. Cayo Perico is a secure, private island with “heavily armed security forces.” So beware. There’s even an armed submarine HQ. I don’t know why, I just work here.
