Grand Theft Auto IV Returning To Steam Next Month

Grand Theft Auto IV Steam

Following the mysterious delisting of Grand Theft Auto IV from Steam, which has since been explained by Rockstar Games, fans were left in the dark about when it would return. Luckily, that time has come to an end as Rockstar has revealed when the game will be making a comeback to the digital store.

In a recent update from the developer, it was noted that Grand Theft Auto IV will be coming back on March 19th, but as part of a Complete Edition that will also include Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City. In addition to this, the Complete Edition will also be available via Rockstar’s own launcher. However, when it comes back, it will not include these services: Games for Windows Live, Multiplayer Mode, and Leaderboards.

Those who already own Grad Theft Auto IV on Steam will be able to update their version to the Complete Edition when it drops on March 19th. You can read more about what to expect next month on the game’s Steam page. In case you don’t know what the title itself has to offer, here’s more:

“What does the American dream mean today? For Niko Bellic fresh off the boat from Europe, it is the hope he can escape from his past. For his cousin, Roman, it is the vision that together they can find fortune in Liberty City, gateway to the land of opportunity. As they slip into debt and get dragged into a criminal underworld by a series of shysters, thieves and sociopaths, they discover that the reality is very different from the dream in a city that worships money and status, and is heaven for those who have them and a living nightmare for those who don’t.”

Grand Theft Auto IV is currently available on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and is coming back to PC on March 19th. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
