The internet can be a wondrous place and universe crossovers are a sight to behold. Wreck It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet just premiered in theaters all over the world earlier this week, and it’s a family friendly movie for Disney fans of all ages. The internet is full of memes, emojis, and rabbit holes of content, but there’s one area that’s unforgettable – video games. As a global phenomenon, what better way to cross-promote two separate franchises than with an emote on Fortnite?

As Ralph Breaks the Internet made its debut in theaters, a Fortnite leak revealed that a related event is on its way to the smash-hit game. Though Epic Games and Disney haven’t revealed details pertaining to the event, but one thing is for sure – there’s an emotive nod to the animated film in Fortnite called the Hot Marat. “Check yourself before you Wreck yourself,” Fortnite announces on Twitter and Disney tells Epic Games to watch their servers in case a wayward Ralph makes his way. Of course, that can only mean a few possibilities – there’s an upcoming event involving the animated film within the Fortnite universe or there’s in-game shop items to purchase. Either way, we’re not mad about it.
