First Details for Star Wars Battlefront II Drop – Deluxe Edition Available
The Star Wars Battlefront reboot from DICE and Electronic Arts arrived in 2015. Since then, fans have long awaited the release of a sequel to the title with the promises attached to it, and the wait is almost over. The first details for Star Wars Battlefront 2 are arriving and they’re sure to please the Star Wars fans in all of us. The game is available for pre-order and has as standard and deluxe editions and also received a full trailer for the game, which can be seen from the link.
EA will be releasing Star Wars Battlefront II November 17th of this year, exactly 2 years after the release of the first Star Wars Battlefront reboot. The game will be releasing for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 as announced by Electronic Arts, DICE, Criterion, and Motive at the Star Wars Celebration in Orlando this year. A new site for the game showcases the first details of what players can expect in the upcoming title. It appears that the hopes of many fans may come true and the game will make a return to its classic Battlefront roots. Many fans were hoping to see a campaign in the first Star Wars Battlefront reboot similar to the campaigns seen in other DICE titles like the Battlefield series. Unfortunately, there was no campaign to be found, however the second title will have a single player campaign based on the events leading up to the next upcoming Star Wars movie, The Last Jedi. The multiplayer will be able to be played across all eras of the game.
Star Wars fans have a lot to look forward to in the coming months. Star Wars Rebels will be releasing its final season this fall, The Last Jedi will be releasing this December, and now Battlefront 2 is going to be coming out in the fall as well. May the force be with us all.
