Dying Light was originally released back in 2015, bringing an intense parkour adventure through a zombie-infested city as players are forced to scavenge for supplies in order to survive and complete their overall mission. Over time, the title has seen numerous expansions giving players access to new tools, weapons, and even more ways to survive in the zombie apocalypse. Dying Light 2 is just around the corner and yet, fans are still seeing content for the original title including an upcoming DLC called Dying Light: Hellraid.

The upcoming expansion was teased earlier this year but a new trailer has arrived giving fans a release date as well as a quick look at what fans can expect to see out of the content. Rather than zombies in a modern environment, the Dying Light: Hellraid DLC sends players into a Gothic castle where they’ll be fighting against hordes of undead. That said, rather than combating zombies, these beings are skeletons wielding medieval armaments. Players will also be able to gear up with themed instruments of death to fight back against the new foes.

Dying Light is currently available for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. The upcoming DLC is set to arrive on July 23rd for all platforms with a beta arriving from June 26th to June 29th for those who pre-order the content.
