Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen Makes Its Way to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4

The insanely popular RPG Dragon’s Dogma has a secure place within its little niche in the gaming community, and the expansion Dark Arisen is definitely not exempt from that. Fans of the RPG may be excited to find out that this title is making its way to this generation on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 this Fall! The announcement came from the game’s officially social media channels and was instantly met with excitement:

“Reclaim your heart,” on this generation, though the developer/publisher has yet to give any more details surrounding the coming availability. Capcom has only mentioned the re-release on their Twitter and Facebook pages, though now that the initial splash has been made, a more approximate window should be given out for fans of the dark RPG as to when they can expect the release to happen.

If you’re unfamiliar with the Dragon’s Dogma franchise, Dark Arisen was released in 2013 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, with a later release on PC. The game itself has received rave reviews for its mechanics and overall narrative. Dark Arisen is an expansion and re-release of Dragon’s Dogma containing the original game alongside an entirely new quest-line and region “Bitterblack Isle”. The game also includes all of  the original DLC content, as well as additional skill upgrades, monsters, weapons and armour.
