DOOM Eternal Art Book Now Available For Pre-Order

The folks over at Dark Horse have announced an official art book for DOOM Eternal. Arriving in early 2020, The Art of DOOM Eternal is just the latest in a long line of video game art books from the publisher, though this one is arguably the most hellish. Dark Horse announced the 192-page full-color oversized hardcover book just this morning, prior to the start of San Diego Comic-Con 2019.

The Art of DOOM Eternal is now available for pre-order on Amazon, and it will feature loads of commentary from the developer as well as concept art from the development of the game, which is a direct sequel to the 2016 DOOM game from id Software that revitalized the series. Here’s the full cover for the art book:

Here’s the breakdown of the art book courtesy of Dark Horse:

“This epic volume explores the art and development of the hotly anticipated sequel to the 2016 Game Award-winner for Best Action Game! Explore the twisted demonic invasion of Earth, the cultist UAC facilities, and plunge into the otherworldly and unknown locations new to the DOOM universe. Admire the dangerous glimmering edges of the Slayer’s arsenal and armor. Dissect the chaotic viscera of Hell’s soldiers and lords–all in gloriously designed full color images straight from the files of the game’s artists themselves!”

Those looking to pre-order The Art of DOOM: Eternal can do so for $39.99 right here. DOOM Eternal releases on November 22nd of this year for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
