Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Releases Raw 4K Gunfight Footage (VIDEO)

Earlier this month, the folks over at Activision and Infinity Ward announced a brand new battle mode that will be shipping with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Called Gunfight, the mode is a fast-paced 2v2 fight that emphasizes quick reflexes and communication between teammates. While many have been looking forward to getting their hands on it since it was announced, it was only released to influencers who in turn used it to promote their Twitch streams. Now that it’s been out in the wild for a couple of weeks, Infinity Ward has released a brand new video showing off the new mode, now with 100% less influencers.

Infinity Ward released the brand new video through their YouTube channel, showing off a meaty six minutes of Gunfight mode. The footage itself is shown in 4K resolution running on the PS4 Pro and features absolutely no commentary, which should make for a fairly straightforward viewing experience. Check it out below:

The new footage should definitely help tide us over until the official Multiplayer reveal that is set to launch on August 1st. Speaking of multiplayer, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare faction system was also recently detailed, revealing that instead of your typical ‘good vs bad’ factions, players will instead join a group of factions in the East or the West, at which point they will also have access to sub-factions. More on that can be found right here.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare releases on October 25th for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
