The Assassin’s Creed Origins Curse of the Pharaohs DLC trailer has dropped just in time for the contents release, revealing a whole host of new baddies in 4K. The latest addition to the game’s content expansion puts players back in Egypt years after the main story. Following the previous DLC, Hidden Ones, this is expected to be the last DLC for the season pass.

As seen in the DLC launch trailer below, players once again step into the shoes of Bayek as he heads to Thebes. The mission is to recapture an ancient artifact that has unleashed a curse upon the region. Players will face challenging legendary monsters and pharaohs of Egyptian mythology. The Assassin’s Creed Origins Curse of the Pharaohs DLC trailer takes place 4 years after the main game. Players will explore tombs and temples as they navigate the main quest and/or get off track with sidequests along the way. The level cap has been raised to 55 and Ubisoft is recommending that players get to around level 45 before taking on this difficult challenge.

New achievements and shiny trophies are also on the way adding a total of 6 brand new challenges to the game. Those who want to get in on the action seen can pick up the additional content for $19.99 while Season Pass holders will download automatically.
