It was recently leaked that the addictive Battle Royale title Apex Legends would be getting two new weapons in the near future. Now one of those shiny new weapons, the Havoc rifle, has arrived to rain down chaos upon all unlucky foes.

A new blog post from the team over at Respawn reveals the explosive new weapon with a brand new trailer and stats to show off what it’s got to offer. From its impressive hit, to the easy-to-control handling, the Havoc is already proving to be an incredible addition to the game:

Using the Turbocharger hop-up eliminates the spin-up time of the weapons auto-fire similar to the way it functions on the Devotion LMG. The Selective Fire hop-up on the other hand makes some unique changes to the weapon. When on the Prowler, the Selective Fire hop-up allows players to alternative between a 5-shot burst and automatically fire, however when equipped on the Havoc it allows for the weapon to alternate between an auto fire mode and a hit-scan beam, becoming the first and only weapon so far to do so.

There are quite a few rumors and leaks going around since the title’s surprise launch earlier this month. Everything from new maps, weapons, and additional Legends are all on the table as the impressive and refreshing battle royale title takes the gaming community by storm.
