New Battlefield Game Will Be Playable Before E3 2018 During EA Play
It was last year that Electronic Arts decidedly separated themselves (sort of) from the E3 scene by hosting their very own “pre-event” dubbed EA Play, which took place just days before the expo famous for all things gaming. This year, they’re doing it again and there’s grand news getting prepared for the Summer and that means another year of sports titles, first-person shooters, and more. In fact, a new Battlefield game is developing just according to schedule and a demonstration will be playable at the event.
While Battlefield 1 may still feel fresh for many gamers out there, the big name publisher is ready to whip out another sequel of one of their many popular franchises. During the event, EA hosts various demonstrations of their latest and upcoming games. Attendees can enjoy them all to their heart’s content, take home free swag, and revel in the loud and proud community.

EA PLAY is a place to connect with our games and each other, whether you’re joining us in person, online or through your favorite content creators and community leaders. It’s all about giving you early access to our games, listening to your feedback, and most importantly, having fun with some of the biggest games in the world.
And best of all, tickets are free.
The annual three-day event will include more hands-on experiences at the Palladium for players attending the event, while some of the biggest global community creators in the world will be sharing early game footage and live streams directly from the show floor for players viewing from home. We’ll also have a rich online content program via EA.com with breaking news, stories, live content and more to take you deep inside your favorite games.”
This year will see the demonstrations of the highly-anticipated Anthem, more of The Sims 4, mobile games currently in development and, of course, the upcoming and new Battlefield game. EA Play 2018 will take place at the Hollywood Palladium and will host live music, entertainment, art, and more to celebrate another year of awesome games. Despite the affordable entrance fee, prospective attendees still need to register for tickets to enter, which begin this Spring.
