Dragon Age 4 Dev Teases “Great Progress” With New Concept Art
News about the next Dragon Age game is decidedly sparse these days, so the smallest crumb of information is a comparative feast to awaiting fans. Making its last proper appearance at TGA 2020, the Dragon Age 4 hype train has been largely kept alive by concept art as of late, with developer BioWare unloading a pile of interesting images over the past few months. This weekend marks the reveal of yet another artwork, this time featuring an eye-catching portrait of the infamous Antivan Crows.
Native to the Antiva region of the RPG, the Crows act as a sort-of avian-themed take on the AC series’ Assassin’s Order, but everything really is permitted given the proper payment. The image itself illustrates the House of Crows descending on a pair of soldiers, carrying out the group’s relentless brand of justice. The artwork was accompanied by a post from executive producer Christian Dailey teasing the team is currently “heads down with a lot of momentum” and “making great progress” on Dragon Age 4.
Hi Friends – sorry for no EA Play news this year but please know that the team is heads down with a lot of momentum and making great progress. We are excited to share more when the time is right. Please stay safe and have a great weekend! @SerGoldman @dragonage pic.twitter.com/eveXFbJtgY

This new message was extended following the news neither Dragon Age nor Mass Effect would have a presence at the upcoming EA Play Live event. Trading the company’s usual solo presentation for a 5-part showcase across July, it might be disappointing that BioWare is skipping the festivities, but fans can at least take comfort in the “great progress” made on the RPG project so far. Not only that, it looks like the Antivan Crows might fit somewhere in the adventure if this concept art comes to fruition.
We’re hard at work creating the next @dragonage and @masseffect games and have some exciting stuff coming to @SWTOR this year. While we won’t be showing anything at EA Play Live, be sure to check out our SWTOR Livestream at 12PM PT today for info on what’s to come!
