Genshin Impact ‘Hypostatic Symphony’ Event Starts Tomorrow
The current Genshin Impact event has been giving players a nice break from freezing our butts off in the new Dragonspine area, but alas, all good things must come to an end. The next upcoming event – called Hypostatic Symphony – will be releasing tomorrow, and it brings with it the never-before-seen ‘Pure Hypostases’ enemies to put our teams to the test.
Announced by developer miHoYo, the next Genshin Impact event kicks off on 1/16 at 10:00:00 server time and runs until 1/31 at 03:59:59. Available for players Adventure Rank 20 and higher, the event has a week-long rollout, with one new challenge releasing every day for the first seven days of the two-week event.
Hypostatic Symphony tasks players with defeating various Pure Hypostases enemies, with optional difficulty levels and Variations that can be chosen to boost the points received by clearing the event. The event can be attempted alone or in Co-Op mode, so those looking to bring some extra friends along can do so.
The developer has yet to reveal a full list of obtainable rewards from the event, though we do know that Primogems can be acquired upon the first clear of the event. A new limited Namecard will also be obtainable during the event should the player acquire enough points to do so. Keep in mind that your total score is the sum of your high score from each challenge stage, so the event technically can’t be grinded out to amass all the points you’ll need to claim the rewards.
Genshin Impact is now available for PC, PS4, and Android & iOS devices. The game will be releasing on Nintendo Switch at some point this year.
