Final Fantasy VII And Fallout 4 Collide In This Amazing Midgar Mod (VIDEO)
With the recent release of Final Fantasy VII Remake, fans are returning to Midgar in a whole new way. That said, one creative modder has created yet another way to enter Midgar, and that is through the powers of mods and Fallout 4.
The two popular RPGs collide in this recent mod, which was created by Reddit user darktryad. The mod itself sees the city of Midgar from Final Fantasy VII created within the lovely radiated lands of Fallout 4. Thankfully, they were kind enough to release a preview that shows off the exterior of the city as well as some of the interior. Check it out for yourself below:
Luckily enough, the mod does not stop there as darktryad has much more planned for their creation. “There will be quests, but so far I’ve just been building up the city structure,” they said. “The main playable area will be in Sector 8. Quests may take you to other parts of the city however. I’m hoping to find other modders interested in building Midgar with me, then the scope/features could be more ambitious.”
One can only imagine what else is to come for this mod, but with enough time, it has the potential to become some really great content for Fallout 4 players. In the meantime, Final Fantasy VII Remake is currently available on PlayStation 4, while Fallout 4 is available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
