World Of Warcraft: Rise Of Azshara Update Gets Release Date (VIDEO)
The next massive update heading to World of Warcraft is just around the corner. Titled Rise of Azshara, Blizzard announces the next content overhaul that brings back the Queen of Tides. Venture deep into Azshara’s Eternal Palace for an all-new raid, discover two new zones, armor sets, and a new addition to the Heart of Azeroth. Check out the feature trailer below:
Arriving June 25th, World of Warcraft’s Rise of Azshara adds two new zones – Nazjatar and Mechagon, a Heritage Armor set for Tauren and Gnomes, Benthic gear, new mounts, enemies, and tons more. The Heart of Azeroth sees the addition of Essences, and other new features yet to be revealed. For more on the nitty gritty, check out the developer insights with game director Ion Hazzikostas here. In it includes their reward and design philosophies, gear reward scaling, gear and character progression, PvP gear crossover, class design, and updated news on World of Warcraft Classic.
As for Azshara’s The Eternal Palace Raid, more information can be dug up right here. There are 8 total bosses with difficulties ranging from Raid Finder, Normal, Heroic, to Mythic. Be prepared because the raids begin on July 9th for Normal and Heroic players.
