Wild West Online, the gun-slinging, open-world Western MMORPG just released a brand new gameplay trailer. Showing off a variety of stand-offs, interactions, and customization options that will be available, soon anyone and everyone determined to choose their path in the wild west will be able to. Whether a you’re looking for the simple life by becoming a prospector for gold, a farmer, or murderous one as an outlaw, it’s completely up to the player to choose. Players can be a lone wolf or build up a “posse” for a more formidable group approach. Build a faction camp, customize your character, horse, weapons and respective upgrades with hundreds of options, commune with fellow players at social hubs (a.k.a. saloons), participate in an old-fashioned stand-off, and much more. There are even public events that will have players literally rolling over their grave and tombstone. For those looking for another reason to grind and create useful weapons, there’s a neat crafting system as well.

Do you want to lie, cheat, rob, murder and carouse your way across the West. You bet you do, outlaw! But watch your back, some players will choose to stay on the right side of the law and become Deputies and Bounty Hunters. These frontier lawmen (and women) are charged with hunting you down and brining you in — dead or alive.

Or maybe you prefer to live a simpler life, buy a deed to a farm, customize it to your liking and live off the land. Sell produce to other players and General Stores in towns. Or just buy or rent one of the cabins around the world to be your safe house, where you can rest up, recuperate, stash your loot, customize your character or fast travel to other destinations accessible to you.

Maybe you want to be an explorer, discover uncharted realms, find hidden treasures, piece together ancient stories and become known as a trailblazer this the brave new world? You can do that too!”

To pile on to that awesomeness, the developer simultaneously revealed that Wild West Online will be leaving its early access model very shortly, which will arrive May 10th, 2018 for PC (via Steam).
