SDCC Trailer for Marvel VS Capcom: Infinite Reveals Spider-Man, Nemesis, and More (VIDEO)
The holy grail of pop culture conventions, San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) is well underway and with it comes some spectacular announcements. One such announcement comes in the form of a brand new gameplay trailer for Marvel VS Capcom: Infinite, which reveals more characters headed to the fighting game this fall. Spider-Man, Resident Evil’s Nemesis, Dead Rising’s Frank West, and Final Fight’s Haggar can all be seen in the trailer below:
Other than the incredible roster reveals, the above trailer also gives fans a first look at the Mind Stone in action. As with the rest of the Infinity Stones, players can equip them to grant bonuses to each fight. There are two applications that can be used with each one – Infinity Surge, which grants players stat boosts and allows for insane combos; and Infinity Storm which burns up the meter earned throughout the round to deliver a Infinity Stone powered super move. As can be seen in the trailer, Gamora is nothing short of deadly when using the Mind Stone. Can you imagine Nemesis with the Soul Stone?
