Titanfall 3 Not Currently In Development, Says Respawn

Titanfall 3

Respawn Entertainment has made mentions of continuing the Titanfall franchise in the past, but with the success of Apex Legends and the work the team put into their other titles such as Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, the company had put the title on hold. Rumors and teases have brought up the idea that Respawn is still quietly working on Titanfall 3, though unfortunately it doesn’t appear that Titanfall 3 will be coming anytime soon. in fact, the game isn’t even being looked at for development at this time, according to Respawn Entertainment head Vince Zampella.

In a recent interview, Vince Zampella discussed Apex Legends and the future of the Titanfall universe, explaining that fans won’t have to worry about the universe dying off. Still, that doesn’t mean that a new title is on the way, and the Respawn Entertainment head states that there is no Titanfall 3 being developed at this time. He does state, however, that he would personally like to see a resurrection of the Titanfall franchise, leaving the potential for the title to be birthed into existence someday. For now, Pilots will just have to get by with dreaming of the day they can run on walls and operate powerful machines once more.
