Teamfight Tactics: Galaxies Set Introduction Trailer Revealed (VIDEO)

It looks like Riot Games’ Teamfight Tactics is officially headed to the stars! Previously, it was announced that the League of Legends in-client spin-off title Teamfight Tactics would be going with a Galaxies theme for its latest “set,” implying that the new batch of units and motifs would revolve around Cosmic, Dark Star, Odyssey, and other established champion skin sets. Now, Riot Games has released a new Galaxies Set introduction trailer showing off the various major and minor classes coming soon to TFT.

Riot Games recently took to YouTube to show off what fans can expect from the upcoming Galaxies Set of Teamfight Tactics. As with the previous set, there will be a major and minor origin set that players can mix and match to utilize to their advantage. The major origins are: Celestials, Dark Stars, Chronos, Star Guardians, Rebels, and Cybernetics. On the flipside, the minor origins are Mech Pilots, Space Pirates, Valkyries, and Void. Check out the intro video below:

Aside from origins, there are also champion classes that offer offensive, defensive, and utility bonuses. These classes are rehashed from previous sets, with Blademasters making a return and Assassins now renamed as Infiltrators. There are also three unique champions this time around, with Thresh able to pull an allied unit off the bench directly into active play, Ekko able to stop time and jump from enemy to enemy dealing damage, and Aurelion Sol turning into a freaking spaceship to launch salvos at his enemies.

Teamfight Tactics: Galaxies Set is slated to release later this month, along with Teamfight Tactics mobile.
