Yo, Dawg, We Heard You Liked Gameplay Videos – TONS of New Star Citizen Footage Revealed (VIDEO)

Star Citizen

The developers behind the extensive space online game Star Citizen have been amping up the ante when it comes to what players can expect from the title once it fully releases. Just earlier this week the team showed off how real-life facial animations from players can be communicated in-game and … to be frank, it was really effing cool. Now the team is showing off even more awesome footage from the upcoming Alpha 3.0 to show players of the space game what changes are coming. The full presentation is in the video below, but we have it set at the 9 minute mark where the Star Citizen footage actually begins:

The latest update is now set for an early September release after its original August goal time became unrealistic. This game is breathtaking; the multiplayer gameplay, the narrative within the title, and the mechanics themselves are outstanding and the title isn’t even considered out of Alpha yet (according to Cloud Imperium). Only good things to come if the progress thus far is anything to go by.

At this time, there is still no set release date for Star Citizen. The multiplayer space simulator is still very much in production stages but good news is that there has been amazing work done so far and the player to developer communication has been phenomenal. What do you think about the Star Citizen footage so far? Any particular thoughts on the upcoming title?
