Persona 5 Reportedly Coming To Nintendo Switch Later This Year

Persona 5 streaming

In 2018, there were numerous information leaks on Persona 5 that mention the imminent release of said title on the Nintendo Switch. Word got around like wildfire and the president of Nintendo America had to make a statement on the matter. His statement wasn’t an outright denial, but it boiled down to the company’s desire to create “all the best content” on their platform. So, if there’s an opportunity to capitalize on that, then it’s certainly a possibility. To drive it all home, a well-known leaker on Twitter provides a release window for the game as well.

For those skeptical of leaker information, Twitter user “Mr. Ohya” reassures threaded responses from weary fans on his tweet. Despite the resounding doubt on their source and previously confirmed leaks, Mr. Ohya stands their ground. If what dataminer’s have been saying is true, P5S will launch alongside Persona 5R this Fall 2019 on PlayStation 4. In addition to that and potential Switch news, fans won’t have much longer to wait to find out if it all stands true. According to another Twitter response, official news should hit mainstream before May. So, hold on to your seats!

In addition to the Joker’s appearance in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, it stands a likely chance that the hit PlayStation title would make its switch to the Switch. Again, due to the nature of the prematurely expose information, a healthy amount of skepticism never hurts.
