Rogue One’s Jyn Erso Infiltrates Your Home as an Incredibly Detailed Action Figure
With the release of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story practically here, it’s almost expected to start seeing the really good collectibles start to surface. One such collectible come in the form of Rogue One’s protagonist, Jyn Erso. Sideshow Collectibles has once again turned to their Hot Toys line to bring a truly impressive action figure to the Star Wars collection.
Sideshow and Hot Toys are delighted to introduce the highly anticipated sixth scale collectible figure of this new heroine! Expertly crafted based on the appearance of Felicity Jones as Jyn Erso in the film, the highly accurate collectible figure features a newly developed head sculpt, sophisticatedly tailored costume with multiple layers, detailed weapons, and accessories!
The figure of Jyn Erso stands just around 11 inches and comes with a specially designed figure stand with the Star Wars logo on it. The accessories that come with the set include a blaster pistol, a fighting baton, and an E-11 blaster rifle as well as a portable case. This awesome action figure is available for pre-order in two variants. The standard version comes with the afore mentioned weapons and accessories as well as a full outfit including a holster, scarf, and jacket. The deluxe version comes with the same accessories, weapons, and outfit as the standard, but also includes a poncho, a bandolier belt with 5 cartridges, and an aviator hat with goggles. The deluxe version also includes extra blaster parts which are combinable with the basic blaster pistol to form a blaster rifle.
Putting behind a checkered past by lending her skills to a greater cause, Jyn Erso is impetuous, defiant, and eager to bring the battle to the Empire. Used to operating alone, she finds higher purpose by taking on a desperate mission for the Rebel Alliance.
Each version of Jyn Erso comes with 8 interchangeable hands and has over 30 points of articulation making for an highly customizable figure. As we previously stated both version are available for pre-order at this time. The standard version is retailing for $219.99 while the Deluxe Version is going for $249.99. The expected shipping dates are between July and September of 2017 so we’ve got a ways to go before we can actually add Jyn to the old Star Wars collectible shelf.
