The modding community consists of a lovely bunch of gamers who aim to improve the titles we love, make them extra ridiculous, or just make them downright awesome. That said, one of the main focuses for the community as of late it seems is Capcom’s remake of Resident Evil 2. While plenty of people have been focusing on turning Mr. X into a host of other people or objects, one modder has transformer Claire Redfield into ultimate badass Captain Marvel.

As many of you are likely aware at this point, Carol Danvers went and got herself a film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe that just premiered this week. To celebrate such a glorious occasion, one fan has taken it upon themself to turn the beloved Claire Redfield into Captain Marvel, mohawk and all. Check out the mod in action below:

As can be seen, Captain Marvel has landed in Raccoon City and is ready to take down all forms of evil for the greater good. Needless to say, nothing will survive. Zombies? Bye! Lickers? Not even a chance! When Mr. X rounds the corner, he just turns back around because Captain Marvel is standing at the end of the hallway and ready to show him what for.

Okay, those aren’t features of the mod or anything, it’s just fun to think what it would be like if Captain Marvel’s powers also made it to the game. Since they don’t, it’s basically just a reskin mod that requires players to have the Claire military costume DLC in order for it to work.
